Global Exposure Funding Application Form

Guidelines

A complete application form must be received by the IMU International Office, Bukit Jalil at least 1 month prior to the mobility start date.
Forms MUST be attached with the Acceptance letter from the mobility institution - to considered as a complete application.
Only complete application will be processed.
Financial support is only a subsidy and at most instances may not cover the full requested amount.
Minimum duration of activity is 2 weeks and maximum duration is 12 months.
Please download the following forms to be filled up as part of your application. Do upload a complete attachments for your application to be processed accordingly:
- Student's Declaration Form
- Parental's Consent Form
- Student's Attributes Form
- Acceptance Letter (Please request from the host university)
At the end of the form, you can choose to 'Submit' or 'Save and Continue Later'. If you choose to 'Save and Continue Later', a link will be provided to you. You may click the link to continue filling in the form. Once your application has been finalised, please click the ‘SUBMIT’ button
